Gremolata Recipe
Gremolata is an Italian herb condiment, used as a marinate as well as a dipping sauce. It is only a 3 ingredient recipe which includes fresh chopped parsley, garlic and lemon.

Step 1
To start with, chop the parsley very finely on a chopping board and transfer it to a bowl.

Now remove the peel of the lemons. Mince the lemon peel and add it to the bowl containing the chopped parsley. To this, also add the finely chopped garlic and the juice of the peeled lemons. Mix it well, so that everything is combined properly. ( If you want you can also add water to the sauce)

Store it in air-tight containers and keep it in refrigerator for further use.
