Vietnamese Wraps Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 sprigs chopped cilantro
- 4 sprigs chopped sweet basil
- 1 medium radish (daikon)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 liter water
- 4 leaves lettuce bibb
- 4 sprigs chopped mint leaves
- 2 small carrot
- 2 medium heirloom tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise
- 2 large capsicum (green pepper)

Step 1 Cut veggies and mix to make pickle
First of all, cut the tomato into wedges, followed by carrot, daikon, and capsicum into spears. In a mixing bowl, add water and vinegar to form a brine. Add the speared carrot, daikon, and capsicum to it to make a pickle.

Step 2 Spread ingredients on lettuce and add pickle
On a lettuce leaf, spread the garlic mayonnaise, place the bacon and then top it with the capsicum, carrot, and daikon pickle. Finally, place the tomato wedges, sweet basil, cilantro, and mint leaves on the leaf. Repeat the process.

Wrap the leaves and your wraps are ready. Enjoy!
