Vada pav or WADA pav is the common man’s food in Mumbai and is a popular street food snack across whole Maharashtra. It is basically a savory slider of fried mashed potato fritters stuffed in a dinner roll.
Vada pav is one of the most humble street food in Mumbai, yet it is tasty and delicious. Wada pav basically has Batata vada which is sandwiched between two slices of a pav (dinner roll) topped with sweet chutney, green chutney, and dry garlic chutney.
Pav means a small loaf of bread and is basically dinner rolls. You can make them with all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour. Pav is easily available in most bakeries, superstores, and sweet shops in India.
Ingredients:

5 to 6 Pieces of Curry leaves

1 Bowl of Boil Potato

Salt (As Per Test)

Coriander Leaves (As Per Your Choice)

2 Pieces of Bread
For Making Batter:

2 Bowl of Gram Flour

2tp Spoon Rice Flour

Water (As Per Needed)

Salt (As Per Test)

1tp Spoon Oil

1/4tp Spoon Cooking Soda

Oil (For Deep Fry)
For Garnishing:

Green Chutney
-
Garlic Chutney
-
Tomato Ketchup
સામગ્રી:

2 ચમચી તેલ

1 ચમચી રાય

5 થી 6 નંગ મીઠા લીમડા ના પાંદડા

2 ચમચી આદુ લસણની પેસ્ટ

1 ચમચી હળદર

1 બાઉલ બાફેલા બટાકા

મીઠું (પરીક્ષણ મુજબ)

કોથમીર ના પાંદડા (તમારી પસંદગી મુજબ)

2 નંગ બ્રેડ
ખીરું બનાવવા માટે:

2 કપ ચણાનો લોટ

2 ચમચી ચોખાના લોટ

પાણી (જરૂરી મુજબ)

મીઠું (પરીક્ષણ મુજબ)

1ચમચી તેલ

1/4 ચમચી ખાવાનો સોડા

તેલ (તળવા માટે)
સુશોભન માટે:

લીલી ચટણી

લસણની ચટણી

ટામેટા કેચઅપ
