Step 1
To prepare this recipe, take a pressure cooker and add washed dal, spinach, fenugreek leaves, salt and turmeric powder with the required amount of water and cook.

Then, heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of ghee and add the cumin seeds along with the chopped onions and stir.

Now, add the tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, aamchur powder and chilli powder to it. Stir well.

Now, add pressure cooked dal mixture and give it a boil. Simmer for 4-5 minutes and serve hot!
