It is a traditional Indian mithai that is usually made during festivals like Raksha Bandhan, Dusshera, and Diwali. Ingredients:
- 2 Cup of Gram Flour
- 1/2 Glass Water
- Pinch of Cooking Soda
- Pinch of Food Colour( Orange Colour)
- Oil (For Deep Fry)
For Sugar Syrup
- 2 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Cup of Water
For Garnishing:
- Almond And Cashew
- Rose Leaves

- 2 કપ ચણાનો લોટ

- ચપટી ફૂડ કલર (નારંગી રંગ)

- 2 કપ ખાંડ
- 1 કપ પાણી
સુશોભન માટે:
- બદામ અને કાજુ
- ગુલાબના પાંદડા
Notes:
- firstly, make sure to check the consistency of the batter to get perfect pearl-like boondi.
