    Break the laddoos in a bowl and keep them aside till required.

  • Step 2

    Now, take a dough kneading plate and mix together wheat flour, sugar, refined oil for 5 minutes. Afterwards, gradually add water in it and knead a soft dough.

  • Step 3

    Make small balls from the dough and roll slightly in the shape of a poori. Add some motichoor laddoo mixture in the poori and close it tightly from all the ends, so that the mixture does not come out. Using a little flour, roll it into a paratha and put a tawa on medium flame.

  • Step 4

    Put a little ghee on the tawa and place the paratha on it. Fry the paratha until brown and crispy fro both ends. Serve hot!
