Ingredients:

Recipe :

  • Step 1

Start by boiling the potatoes in a deep bottomed vessel over medium flame. Again place a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough add the chopped garlic cloves and saute for a minute. Add boiled potatoes to the pan along with chopped paneer, pesto sauce, chili flakes and salt. Stir fry so that potatoes turn golden brown from all the sides. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  • Step 2

Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degree Celsius. In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, sugar, butter and water. Knead the mixture to a soft dough by adding some oil. Roll out the dough up to a desired thickness and stuff with potato filling prepared above. Then wrap up the dough and roll to form a cylindrical shape. Seal the edges tightly so that the filling doesn't come out.

  • Step 3

Make small slits evenly onto the dough for the air to pass. Brush the roll with egg whites and place them in a greased baking tray. Slide this tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until it turns crispy and brown. Your potato roulade is now ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
