  • Step 1 Simmer the milk mixture and add nuts

    To start making this wonderful recipe, take a broad non stick heavy bottomed pan and add condensed milk, fresh cream and dark chocolate. On a medium flame, simmer the mixture for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Add nuts and continue stirring.

  • Step 2 Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool

    After you notice quite a thicker mass, take the mixture out of the pan and place it on a plate to cool. In the meanwhile, grease the modak mould with oil.

  • Step 3 Prepare modaks with modak mould and enjoy

    Once the mixture cools down, pull a portion from it and stuff it in the modak mould and secure it tightly. After a while, open the mould and remove modak from the inside. Repeat the same step for other modak as well. After all the modaks are made, store them in an air-tight container and enjoy.
