  • 3 tablespoon roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Peel the skin of the cucumber properly and chop it into slices. Transfer it to a medium sized bowl and set aside along with chopped tomatoes and onions.

  • Step 2

    Now, prepare the salad dressing by mixing sugar, water, Thai sweet chili sauce and apple cider vinegar in a pan over medium flame. Give it a good stir and switch off the flame after 5-6 minutes. Let it cool.

  • Step 3

    Mix the chopped cucumber, tomatoes and onions with the salad dressing prepared above. Garnish them with roasted peanuts and cilantro. Your Thai Cucumber Salad is now ready to be served.
