A delicious and healthy treat, Moong Dal Bhel is super easy to make. All you need is some washed and soaked moong dal, some peanuts, lemon and chat masala to add the flavour and freshness to the chaat.

Step 1 Wash and soak moong dal
Wash the moong dal properly with your hands and soak it for at least 2 hours before cooking.

Step 2 Add cumin seeds to oil
Now, gather all the ingredients with you and add some oil in a pan. Once the oil heats up, add cumin seeds to it and let them splutter.

Step 3 Mix in the peanuts and green chillies
Now add in the peanuts, green chilly and Moong Dal. Stir it well and add salt, sugar, chat masala.

Step 4 Ready to serve!
Let it stay covered for 5 minutes and serve it with lemon and coriander.
