  • Step 1

    To start with, take a baking tray and grease it with ghee. Take a pan and keep it on medium heat. Add sesame seeds to the pan and roast them. Then roast cashew nuts in the same pan.

  • Step 2

    Keep aside the sesame seeds and cashew nuts. In the pan kept on medium flame, add sugar, left over ghee and 4 tablespoon of water. Fry the mixture until a thick syrup is formed.

  • Step 3

    Remove from flame and combine sesame seeds and cashew nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture in the baking tray. Cut it in your favorite shapes and refrigerate the tray. Let the mixture cool, then serve.
