 Gulab Jamun Recipe With Khoya Gujarati Sweet Dish Desert

festival season is around the corner and most of us are drooling about the classic Indian dessert. these are generally made so that they can be served with friends and family. one of the most common and highly appreciated classic Indian dessert recipes is the Gulab Jamun recipe known for its moist and juicy texture.

This a classic Indian dessert usually enjoyed during festive occasions, might seem impossible to make at home but can actually be made at home. Gulab meaning rose and Jamun meaning berry makes for Gulab Jamun as a berry-sized ball dunked in rose flavored sugar syrup. It can be served hot with vanilla ice-cream or just a stand-alone chilled dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200Grams Crumbled Khoya
  • 3tp Spoon Maida
  • Pinch Of Cooking Soda
  • Ghee (For Deep Fry)

For Making a Sugar Syrup :

  • 2 Cup of Sugar
  • 4 Cup of Water
  • 7 to 8 Pieces of Saffron

સામગ્રી:

  • 200 ગ્રામ મોળો માવો
  • 3 ચમચી મેંદો
  • ચપટી ખાવાનો સોડા
  • ઘી (તળવા માટે)

ચાસણી બનાવવા માટે:

  • 2 કપ ખાંડ
  • 4 કપ પાણી
  •  7 થી 8 નંગ કેસર

Tips:

The sugar syrup should have a sticky consistency. They should not have a watery consistency. If the sugar syrup is watery, then the Jamun absorbs more sugar syrup resulting in it being super soft and can even break in the sugar syrup.
