Hello everybody, it is Jim, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I'm gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, poha onion triangle samosa. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Step 1
Firstly wash poha, drain and keep it aside. Now wash potatoes, cut them in half, and boil them. Once cooled down, take a bowl and mash the potatoes well.

Now add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt, and ginger paste. Now add poha and mix well.

In a bowl, knead maida, crushed carrom seeds, salt, and oil. Once done, rolls small chapatis from it. Cut them in half and roll them into cones.

Fill these cones with the potato-poha mixture and secure the edges properly.

Now preheat the Air fryer for 180 degrees C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes brush the basket with just a few drops of oil and place the samosas. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also bake them in a microwave or oven.

Once done, serve hot with ketchup, tamarind, or mint chutney.
