Guar Nu Shaak/Cluster Beans Fry/Gavar ki subji is a dish served in the Gujarati household for lunch along with roti, rice, dal or kadhi, and salad.  It is a simple, quick, and easy dish made regularly at our home. My son loves Guar. It is one of his favorite vegetables. He will happily eat it by sprinkling some sugar on the top with hot roti and dal.

This is a very simple recipe. The only time taking part will be chopping the cluster beans. once the chopping is done, the rest of the method is easy. The Gavar bhaji can also be packed in a tiffin box with some chapatis.

Ingredients:

  • 150Grams Chopped Cluster Beans (Guvar)
  • 1/2Cup  of Water
  • 1/2tp Spoon Salt
  • 1tp Spoon Oil
  • 1tp Spoon Garlic Pest
  • 1/2tp Spoon Asafoetida Powder
  • 1tp Spoon Coriander-Cumin Powder
  • 1tp Spoon Red Chilli Powder

સામગ્રી:

  • 150 ગ્રામ કાપેલો ગુવાર
  • 1/2 કપ પાણી 
  • 1/2 ચમચી મીઠું
  • 1 ચમચી તેલ
  • 1 ચમચી લસણ 
  • 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ પાવડર
  • 1 ચમચી ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
  • 1 ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર

Cluster Beans are very low in calorie and full of nutrition. So you should include that in your diet. This sabzi is healthy yet delicious. Try it once, I am sure you will like it.
