Honeycomb Toffee Recipe

Step 1 Place a pan on heat
Take a pan, add sugar, corn syrup, honey, a pinch of salt and water to it. Keep on medium heat and keep whisking it. Heat it for 5-6 minutes.

Step 2 Add baking soda
Remove from heat and add baking soda. Mix gently. Layer a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. Don't use a spoon or spatula to flatten it, just gently shake the tray once or twice. This will ensure the bubbles remain intact.

Step 3 Let it cool down
Let the mixture cool down for 45-50 minutes at room temperature. Now remove the candy slab from the parchment paper and use your hands to break it into pieces.
