  • Step 1

    Keep paneer in water for about 25 seconds and then take it out. Then, put a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add the tomato puree in it. Saute for a few seconds and then put chopped onions in it along with chopped carrot and fry them for 2 minutes.

    After frying all these ingredients, add the paneer pieces in the pan and put red chilli powder along with salt as per your taste. Mix well and then close the cap and let the veggies cook 3 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Afterwards, add the carom seeds in a different pan and temper them. Add it over the paneer and garnish with heavy cream. Paneer masala is prepared.
