Goan Sausage in Bread Recipe
Goan Sausages are a true delicacy. These are cooked and eaten with rice or stuffed in Goan pao (breads), and is a different dish altogether. Step 1
To begin with, slit the sausages and remove the meat from it. Discard the skins. Take a pot and add 4 cups of water, cook the meat for about 20 minutes and set aside.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and saute the sliced onion, till it changes colour. Add the tomato and cook till it becomes tender. Add the cooked sausage meat with the stock and add the vinegar. Cook the meat for 5 minutes till dry. Slit each pav into 2 without cutting through.

Spoon the inside with the remaining butter and fill with 2 tablespoons of cooked meat. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy
