To begin with, preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, place a pan on medium flame, pour coconut oil. Once heated, add curry powder, salt along with cayenne pepper, turn off the flame after a minute and keep aside.

After 10 minutes, place the raw cashews in a baking tray and bake for about 5-7 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Transfer the roasted cashews in a serving dish, pour over the coconut mixture and mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
