Step 1
Heat water in a pan with little salt and boil the sliced potatoes for 5 minutes in it on high flame. Keep the boiled potatoes aside after throwing the water.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, and fry onions, green chillies and garlic till the onions becomes translucent.

Now add chicken to the onions and cook it properly.

Next, add soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt and mix well. Arrange one layer of boiled potatoes in a bakeware. Cover it with white sauce.

Now spread the cooked chicken on the white sauce. Put another layer of boiled potatoes on the chicken and cover it nicely with the remaining white sauce.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
