Chapati Noodles Recipe
f you are a fan of noodles, this unique recipe is just for you. Ditch your usual bowl of noodles which is made of nothing but maida and try this healthier version. Made just like noodles, this variant uses chapati to make noodle-like strands.

Step 1 Dough for chapati noodles
Prepare dough for chapati using wheat flour with water until it becomes soft and then add 2 spoons of oil to the dough and keep it aside.

Step 2 Chop the veggies
Cut all the given vegetables carrot ,capsicum, cabbage, onion and tomato into thin slices.

Step 3 Make chapati and cut into strands
Make soft chapatis with the dough and cut into long pieces, so that it appear like thin strands of noodles.

Step 4 Stir fry veggies
Take a pan. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in that and add the finely chopped vegetables. Then add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala and nicely toss it for a few minutes. Once half cooked, add chapati slices and mix.

Step 5 Mix well and garnish
Finally add the chili and tomato sauce and toss it well. Switch off the stove and add 2 tablespoon of honey to make the dish tastier.
