Step 1 Prepare the potatoes
Firstly, peel and grate 4 potatoes and soak them in water for 10 minutes. Now strain the water and squeeze out excess water gently.

Step 2 The preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies. Add the grated potatoes, roughly crushed peanuts, salt as per taste and mix with a gentle hand. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Step 3 Garnish and serve
Once cooked and slightly crispy, take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves. Your ​Batatyacha Kees is ready to be served.
