This is a different recipe that uses exclusively atta/whole wheat flour without compromising one bit on the taste while upping the health factor. I was really apprehensive while using Atta in my bakes, cakes, cupcakes, or pieces of bread. I had a preconceived notion that it would be dense or it wouldn't be as tasty, so on and so forth. Slowly.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Of Wheat Flour
- 1tp Spoon Sugar Powder
- 1tp Spoon Salt
- 1/2tp Spoon Cooking Soda
- 4tp Spoon Oil
- 2tp Spoon Yogurt
- Water (As Per Needed)
- Semolina (As Per Needed)
- Cheese (As Per Your Choice)
- Capsicum (As Per Your Choice)
For Garlic Butter:
- 2tp Spoon Malted Butter
- 5 to 6 Pieces Of Garlic Pest
- 1Pinch Of Chili flakes
- 1Pinch Of Oregano
સામગ્રી:
- 1 કપ ઘઉંનો લોટ
- 1 ચમચી ખાંડ પાવડર
- 1 ચમચી મીઠું
- 1/2 ચમચી રસોઈ સોડા
- 4 ચમચી તેલ
- 2 ચમચી દહીં
- પાણી (જરૂર મુજબ)
- સોજી (જરૂર મુજબ)
- ચીઝ (તમારી પસંદ મુજબ)
- કેપ્સિકમ (તમારી પસંદ મુજબ)
લસણ માખણ માટે:
- 2 ચમચી મેલ્ટેડ બટર
- 5 થી 6 નંગ લસણની પેસ્ટ
- 1 ચપટી ચિલ્લી ફ્લેક્સ
- 1 ચપટી ઓરેગાનો
Notes:
- You can increase or decrease the quantity of garlic as per taste
- You can use herbs of choice.
- You can use butter instead of oil.
