Step 1
In a bowl, add cubes of watermelon, cubes of pear, cubes of mango, and sliced star fruit. Now, arrange these fruits in a satay stick. Skewer the blackberry and raspberry on top of each satay stick.

For the sauce, scoop out the pulp of passion fruit and toss it along with sugar into a pan, over medium flame for a couple of minutes. Mix it well and remove from heat when it has thickened. Now, add chopped mint and allow the mixture to cool. On a platter, arrange roundels of dragon fruit and kiwi. Arrange the skewers on top of these. Pour the passion fruit sauce over the fruit skewers and garnish with some chopped mint, enjoy!
