The dark, gory universe of Muzaffarnagar is ruled by Shaukeen and the Dhedha Brothers, i.e. Chintoo and Pintoo Dhedha. Set amidst bloodshed, the show begins with the murder of Loha Singh, a member of the Dhedha clan. Abbas, the brother of Shaukeen’s right hand Farukh, is responsible for killing Loha Singh. To sets things right, Naveen Sikhera is transferred to Muzzafarnagar, the crime capital of India. As Naveen Sikhera decides to reach Muzzafarnagar two days earlier, he is met with the murder of Abbas and also other innocent civilians by the Dhedha brothers.
