Sarson Ka Saag Recipe

Step 1
Chop all the green veggies and keep aside. Chop garlic, ginger and green chilies, and make a paste of it.

Take a pressure cooker and put some oil/ghee and the ginger-garlic-green chili paste. Fry for some time until the oil separates. Saute the dry masala for a while.

Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Then, add chopped veggies and keep it covered for 5 minutes. Mix well and pressure cook for 10 to 15 minutes. After the steam escapes, saute the vegetable till oil separates. Serve hot with makke ki roti.
