To prepare this easy recipe, pre-heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.

Next, using a sharp knife, cut the pita bread by dividing it into halves and their halves by running the knife from its edges till you get some wedges out of each pita bread.

Generously sprinkle olive oil on the wedges and rub salt on both of the sides of them. Transfer them to a baking tray and toss it in the oven for 15 minutes or till they are golden brown.

Once done, take them out and plate them. Your Salted Pita Wedges are ready, serve warm or at room temperature.
