Step 1 Marinate lamb mixture
To begin this dish, in a mixing bowl add curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. To this add the chopped pieces of lamb. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours.

Step 2 Fry ingredients in pan
Now, take a fry pan, heat ghee and add green chillis,, onions, diced tomatoes, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and little salt.

Step 3 Add lamb pieces
To this paste add lamb pieces along with some water. Cook for 20 minutes on a slow flame.

Step 4 Add spinach and serve hot
After a while turn off the gas and add spinach paste, garam masala, lemon juice and mint leaves. Serve hot.
