  • Step 1

    Add rava, onion, carrot, salt, chilli powder, desiccated coconut and curd to a bowl. Mix to form a thick batter. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Apple a few drops of oil on a non stick tawa. Now take a ladle full of mixture and pour it on the tawa. Spread it out well to give a shape of roti.

  • Step 3

    Flip when golden brown from one side.

  • Step 4

    When cooked from both sides, serve it hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
