  • Step 1 Roast the beetroots for 20 minutes and grate them

    To start making this palatable recipe, rinse the beetroots nicely and wrap them up in a foil. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Once the oven is ready, remove the foil and roast the beetroots for 20 minutes into the oven. After this step, grate the beetroots with the coarse side of a grater.

  • Step 2 Mix the grated beetroots with yogurt and serve

    Next, place the grated beetroots in a cup and add yogurt to it. Stir well. Then, add crushed garlic and adjust the salt according to your taste. Stir the entire mixture thoroughly and serve.
