  • Step 1

    To begin with, place a pan on medium low flame and pour oil in it. Once heated, add lotus seed pops to the pan and stir for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes crispy enough.

  • Step 2

    Once done, turn off the flame and sprinkle dry mango powder along with salt and pepper according to your taste. (Note- In order to make them a bit spicy, add a tsp of chili powder or chaat masala.)

  • Step 3

    Transfer in a serving bowl and enjoy.
