Nawabi Tukda Recipe
A sweet delicacy prepared with bread slices, Nawabi Tukda is one of the most popular desserts out there. Nit only is it delicious to have but is also equally easy to make, all you need is some bread slices with removed corners and cut diagonally. A smooth mixture of cardamom powder and fresh cream is applied in the bread slices before slightly roasting them in some oil to obtain that beautiful golden brown colour.

Step 1 Mix fresh cream with cardamom powder
Take fresh cream and mix cardamom powder. Apply it on each slice of bread

Step 2 Cut the bread slices in triangles and fry until golden
Remove sides from the bread and cut each bread slice diagonally. Take oil in a pan heat it. Shallow fry the bread slices until golden in colour and keep them aside.

Step 3 Prepare the sugar syrup and ip the bread in it
To make the syrup, take another pan and add water in it. Keep the water to boil on high flame and add saffron leaves in it. Pour the sugar syrup on the bread slices and place on a tray. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve!
