Mince Meat Kebab Recipe
Also known as Kabob Koobideh, this is an easy yet mouth-watering appetizer recipe that you can make at home. Traditionally prepared using minced beef meat, this you can spot this kebab in the bylanes of Iran. This Middle-eastern recipe is all you need for the weekend party with your friends.

Step 1 Marinate the mutton meat
To prepare this delicious kebab, take a large bowl and mix minced mutton, finely chopped shallots (7), grated coconut, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, chana dal, 1/2 lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and salt to taste. Let the meat marinate for half an hour.

Step 2 Cook the marinated meat for 15 minutes
After half an hour, put a pan over medium flame and some oil in it. Add the marinated meat and cook for 15 minutes stirring in between. Then, add eggs in it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame when done and let the mixture cool.

Step 3 Grind the remaining shallots
Meanwhile, take the remaining shallots and grind them to a paste with half lime and green chillies and salt to taste.

Step 4 Pan fry the kebabs
Flatten and the meat mixture and add the onion paste in it. Squeeze a little mixture give it the shape of tikkis. When all the mixture is done, pan fry the tikkis for 2-5 minutes. Enjoy hot.
