Mirchoni Achar Recipe
Summers are here and so is the time to prepare some lip-smacking pickles. If you are someone who is fond of pickles and like having them with breakfast, lunch and dinner, then this recipe is just for you. Mirchoni Achaar is prepared with raw mangoes, hing, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and contains no oil.

Step 1 Prepare the mangoes
Wash and wipe dry the mangoes. Cut them into small pieces or grate them.

Step 2 Mix the spices
Add all the spices to the bowl and mix them well to coat the mango pieces. Either transfer the mixture to a glass jar or cover the glass bowl and keep it in direct sunlight for 2-3 days. Mix the pickle upside down with a ladle once a day.

Step 3 Your pickle is now ready
After 2-3 days store in an airtight container. The pickle is ready to eat in 15 days. Relish it as an accompaniment to your everyday snacks and meals
