Methi Thepla is a delectable Gujarati Delicacy, which can be prepared following some simple steps. To prepare this delicacy, soak the fenugreek leaves in water, rinse well under cold water and then drain the excess water. Squeeze the water and then chop the leaves. To make the Thepla flavoursome chop some green chilies.

Then take a bowl and mix wheat flour, all purpose flour and all other ingredients in the bowl. To accentuate the taste you can also add a small spoon of ghee. This will add an authentic touch to this delicacy. Add water and make a hard dough. After a while, make round balls out of it and cook in tandoor on low flame. Later, apply desi ghee. Serve hot with pickle of your choice!
