Step 1 Roast the khoya in ghee
Take a pan and add ghee to it. Heat it on medium flame and add khoya to it. keep stirring to avoid it from sticking. Toss in ghee until it turns brownish in colour for 10 minutes.

Step 2 Prepare the pedas and serve
Once it cools down, add in the sugar, powdered cardamom and kewra essence. Mix it well to prepare a mixture. Now grease your hands with some ghee and start forming small balls out of it. Press the ball from the centre lightly and serve the tempting pedas.
