  • Step 1 Preheat the oven

    Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for a while.

  • Step 2 Cut the chapatis

    Now cut the chapatis into triangles by cutting from the centre.

  • Step 3 Mix the seasonings

    Take a bowl, add ghee, red chilli powder, black salt and chaat masala. Mix them well.

  • Step 4 Add the crackers

    Now add the cut chapatis crackers into the bowl and coat them well in the seasoning.

  • Step 5 Bake the crackers

    Place the crackers on a baking tray and bake them well for 8-10 minutes in the oven.

  • Step 6 Serve

    Let them cool down and serve the crispy crackers.
