  • Step 1

    To prepare this snack recipe,place a pan over medium flame and fill enough water to cover the whole block of tofu. Bring it to a boil. Add some salt and boil tofu for 5-7 minutes. Once done, drain well and cut in half. Slice the tofu in 1/2-inch cubes and keep it warm in a plate.

    Now, place a pan over medium flame and heat vegetable oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add the minced garlic and saute it for a while. Next, add the pork strips and saute for a while. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper according to taste. Now, place a pan over medium flame and mix together kimchi, chili flakes, and soy sauce in it. Cook it for 4-5 minutes and pour sesame oil in it. Stir it well. Once aromatic, turn off the flame.

    To assemble, on a plate, put kimchi in the center and cubicle tofu pieces on the side or around the perimeter of the plate. Sprinkle chopped green onions for garnish. Serve it immediately to enjoy!
