Chawal Ke Pakode or Rice Pakora is a wonderful teatime snack, best enjoyed with warm tea on a cold wintery day. an interesting and appetizing snack recipe made with leftover cooked rice and vegetables. it is a popular urban snack recipe and is generally served as street food snacks or appetizers just before the meal. while the snack by itself is lip-smacking and does not require any side condiments, but tastes great with a choice of spicy sauces.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1tp Spoon Ginger Garlic Pest
  • 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric
  • Red Chilli Powder (As Per Your Choice) 
  • 1/2tp Spoon Asafoetida
  • 1tp Spoon Coriander- Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Pinch of Carom Seeds
  • 1 Cup of Gram Flour
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt (As Per Test)

સામગ્રી:

  • 2 કપ રાંધેલા ભાત
  • 1 કપ છાશ
  • 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણ પેસ્ટ
  • 1/2 ચમચી હળદર
  • લાલ મરચું પાવડર (તમારી પસંદગી મુજબ)
  • 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ
  • 1 ચમચી ધાણા - જીરું પાવડર
  • ચપટી અજમો 
  •  1 કપ ચણાનો લોટ
  • કોથમીર
  • મીઠું (પરીક્ષણ મુજબ)

Tips:

  • firstly, use leftover rice Bhajiya as they will be easy to mash.
  • additionally, prepare a small ball-sized else it will not turn crispy.
