Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Place the pie crust in the preheated oven and bake it for 5 minutes. Remove and then let it rest for a while.

Next, place a pan over medium flame and add olive oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add cumin powder, paprika, red pepper along with cinnamon powder in it. Mix the spices well and then add the finely chopped onions to it. Saute them until the onion becomes soft and golden and the mixture turns aromatic.

Once done, add pine nuts, tomato puree, sugar, salt and pepper along with minced meat. Saute it well until the meat is well coated with the spices and it turns juicy. Once the meat is tender, turn off the flame.

In a small bowl, break the eggs and add cream, along with salt, pepper. Mix it well until the mixture turns frothy. Now, add some feta cheese to this and mix well. Pour this mixture over the minced meat mix and spread it evenly. Give it a final stir.

Now, transfer the minced meat filling onto the prebaked crust and place it in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius again. Bake it for 7-10 minutes or until the quiche turn golden and crispy. Once done, slice the quiche and serve!
