Khajur na ladu a healthy and tasty ladu recipe without any sugar is an ideal festival celebrating recipe. the recipe can be prepared with or without any extra dry fruits and this recipe contains traces of cashews, almonds, raisins, and even dry coconut. in short, this recipe can also be named a dry fruit ladoo recipe without sugar. Dates ladoo a.k.a. Khajoor ladoo is a very healthy and delicious sweet made with wholesome dry nuts and goodness of dates. There’s no added sugar in this ladoo as it gets enough sweetness from dates. Super healthy for kids as well as for grown-ups too.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peanut
- 2 to 3tp Spoon White Sesame Seeds
- 2 to 3tp Spoon Black Sesame Seeds
- 2tp Spoon Desi Ghee
- 1/4 Cup of Almonds
- 1tp Spoon Cashew
- 1tp Spoon Raisins
- 1 Cup of dates (Khajur)
- Crushed Dry Coconut (For Garnishing)
સામગ્રી:
- 1 કપ મગફળીના
- 2 થી 3 ચમચી સફેદ તલ
- 2 થી 3 ચમચી કાળા તલ
- 2 ચમચી દેશી ઘી
- 1/4 કપ બદામ
- 1 ચમચી કાજુ
- 1 ચમચી કિસમિસ
- 1 કપ ખજૂર
- સૂકા નારિયેળ નું છીણ (સુશોભન માટે)
Notes :
- firstly, add dry fruits of your choice, and adjust the proportion accordingly.
- also, roast dry fruits on low flame for more crunchy bites.
- additionally, increase the proportion of dates if you like it sweeter.
- also, do not powder the dry fruits as you won't enjoy the crunchy bites.
