  • Step 1

    Put the heavy cream in a sauce pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2

    When the heavy cream has melted, grate and add the paneer to it and continue to stir fry.

  • Step 3

    After the mix gets thick, mix in the saffron in with 1 tbsp milk and then add it to the mixture. Stir fry continuously until it becomes thick.

  • Step 4

    Take out the mixture and let it cool and the jaggery a little by little. Take a little amount and shape it in round balls like ladoos.

  • Step 5

    Garnish with chopped pistachios.
