Step 1 Soak chia seeds in almond milk
To make this delicious breakfast recipe, take a bowl and add chia seeds. Combine the chia seeds with the almond milk and stir well. Allow this to sit for 20-30 minutes or until the chia seeds completely bloom and soften, stirring occasionally.

Step 2 Top with all the dry fruits and honey and serve
Just before serving, top with toasted coconut flakes, diced seasonal fruits, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Sweeten to your taste with honey, enjoy! (Note: You can refrigerate the leftovers and eat the next day).
