Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Ghee
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Gram Flour
  • 4tp Spoon Fresh Malai
  • 2tp Spoon Milk

For Making Suger Syrup:

  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 7 to 8 Pieces of Saffron

For Garnishing:

  • Almond 
  • Cashew

સામગ્રી:

  • 1/2 કપ ઘી
  • 1 1/2 કપનો ચણા નો લોટ
  • 4 ચમચી ફ્રેશ મલાઈ
  • 2ચમચી દૂધ

સુગર સીરપ બનાવવા માટે:

  • 1 કપ ખાંડ
  • 1/2 કપપાણીનો 
  •  7 થી 8 નંગ કેસર

સુશોભન માટે:

  • બદામ
  • કાજુ
