Vegan Walnut Banana Kheer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 30 walnuts
  • 2 banana
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon ghee

Recipe :

  • Step 1 Soak and blend the walnuts

    Soak the walnut for 2-4 hours and blend with water to make walnut milk.

  • Step 2 Roast walnut paste

    In a pan, add ghee, cardamoms and walnut milk. Keep stirring it for a minute. Let the mixture roast properly and attain a golden colour.

  • Step 3 Add banana

    Let it cook for 10 minutes. Once the milk thickens, add two mashed bananas to it. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.

  • Step 4 Garnish and serve

    Your kheer is ready to be served. Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve it hot or cold, as per taste.
