This is a traditional Indian Poha Kheer recipe prepared and served on Sharad Poonam (Full-moon night in October). It is a rich and healthy yet light (low-fat) Flattened Rice, Sweet Pudding. It is made with soaked flattened rice & boiled milk (dudh) and topped with healthy nuts and spices like nutmeg, cardamom, and saffron. It is super quick and easy to make any time.
It is believed that the moonlight on Sharad Poornima has special powers and so food is left overnight under the moonlight to absorb the moon's rays. Two of the most common dishes made for this festival are and Doodh Poha.
Ingredients:

1/2 Liter Milk

5 to 6tp Spoon Poha

2tp Spoon Custard Powder ( Vanilla Flower)

4to5tp Spoon Chilled Milk

4to5tp Spoon Sugar

1tp Spoon Almond
-
1tp Spoon Pistachio

Pistachio ( For Garnishing)

2ચમચી કસ્ટર્ડ પાવડર (વેનીલા ફ્લેવર)

4 થી 5 ચમચી ઠંડુ દૂધ

4 થી 5 ચમચી ખાંડ

1 ચમચી બદામ

1ચમચી પિસ્તા

Tips:
-
Milk Fat Level: 2% or Low- fat milk tastes equally good. You can also use full-fat milk.

Nuts: You can add your choice of chopped nuts
