Healthy Snack Sprouted Moong ke vade 

Coming to these yummy vadas, these get done in flat 10 mins if you are in a hurry. Of course, you need to have the sprouts on hand. Since moong sprouts are regular things at home, wanted to see how they taste if they are made into vadas. When they soak overnight and some, they tend to shed their skins, that's why you will find some bare. They are not to be mistaken for Urad dal. All of them are Whole Moong dal, soaked and sprouted. It was really a delight to taste these and since they get done fast, you can opt for these on days when you crave a quick snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Sprouted  Moong
  • 1/2 Cup of Sweet Corn
  • 1 Small Piece of Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Cup of Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Cup of  Boil Potato
  • 1tp Spoon Corn Flour
  • 1tp Spoon Ginger Garlic Pest
  • 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1tp Spoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1tp Spoon Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1tp Spoon Garam Masala
  • Salt (As Per Test)
  • 1/2Piece of Lemon Juice
  • Oil (For Fry)

સામગ્રી:

  • 1 કપ ફણગાવેલા મગ 
  • 1/2 કપ મકાઈ ના દાણા
  • 1 નાનો ટુકડો કાપેલું કેપ્સિકમ 
  • 1 કપ કોથમીર 
  • 1 કપ બાફેલા બટેટા
  • 1 ચમચી મકાઈનો લોટ
  • 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણની પેસ્ટ
  • 1/2 ચમચી હળદર પાવડર
  • 1 ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
  • 1 ચમચી ધાણા-જીરું  પાવડર
  • 1 ચમચી ગરમ મસાલો
  • મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
  • 1/2 નંગ લીંબુનો રસ 
  • તેલ (શેકવા માટે)

Notes:

  • Don't use water while you are grinding. Let the batter be coarse. 
  • Serve This Vada With Tomato Ketchup or Coriander Green Chutney.
