Healthy Bhinda Kadhi Gujarati Style Gujarati Dish

This is an easy recipe for bhindi kadhi. The ingredients needed for this kadhi are easily available in any Indian kitchen. If you are fed up with having regular kadhi then try this variation and I am quite certain you’d love it. The recipe is very straightforward. We just stir fry bhindi in oil for some time and then make regular kadhi and add bhindi in it. Gujarati kitchen Fusion of ladyfinger( bhindi..as it is called in Gujarati) and traditional Gujarati kadhi is one of the popular recipes of Gujarati cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • 250Grams of Ledie's Finger (Chopped)
  • 1 Bowl Of Buttermilk
  • 2tp Spoon Gram Flour
  • 3tp Spoon Oil
  • 1 Piece of Masala taj
  • 2 Pieces Of Cloves
  • 1tp Spoon Ginger Garlic And Green Chilli Pest
  • 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric Powder
  •  Red Chilli Powder (As Per Test)
  • 1tp Spoon Coriander - Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1tp Spoon Sugar
  • Salt (As Per Test)
  • Coriander Leaves (For Garnishing)

સામગ્રી:

  • 250 ગ્રામ ભીંડા (કાપેલા)
  • 1 બાઉલ છાશ
  • 2 ચમચી ચણા  લોટ
  • 3  ચમચી  તેલ
  • 1 ટુકડો  તાજનો 
  • 2 ટુકડા લવિંગ 
  • 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણ અને લીલા મરચાંનીપેસ્ટ
  • 1/2ચમચી હળદર પાવડર
  • લાલ મરચું પાવડર (ટેસ્ટ મુજબ)
  • 1 ચમચી ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
  • 1 ચમચી ખાંડ
  • મીઠું (પરીક્ષણ મુજબ)
  • ધાણા ના પાંદડા (સુશોભન માટે)

I have served this bhindi kadhi with steamed rice. However, they go really well with jeera rice. So do make this kadhi with jeera rice. The cumin flavoured rice taste amazing with bhindi kadhi.
