Step 1 Wash the avocado
To make this simple recipe, most importantly, we need to taste the beautiful creamy avocado not taken over by the ingredients. Wash the avocado and pat dry. Then using a sharp knife, begin cutting the avocado sideways and all the way round. Then slit open the avocado, remove the seed, don't throw the seed at this moment.

Step 2 Make the Guacamole
Scoop out the avocado meat from the shells and mash it with a fork, make a not very fine and not very coarse paste. Put this paste in a bowl, add juice of half lemon, salt, chopped chillies and coriander, mix well. You can adjust the lemon as per your taste preference, if required add more lemon juice.

Step 3 Indulge in the goodness
Place the seed in the bowl which helps to keep the guacamole fresh till you serve. This can be served with pita chips, spread over a toast or you can also spread it over like we did for this recipe.
