Gohan Recipe
Gohan is a traditional Japanese recipe that is made with boiled rice, topped off with an egg. Made with a few ingredients like rice, egg and mirin, this is an easy recipe that does not require much effort from your side. You can add on some mushroom, capsicum and onion to make this dish even more scrumptious.

Place a saucepan over medium flame and add water in it. Once the water starts to boil, add rice in it. Let the rice boil. Once cooked, drain the excess water and transfer the cooked rice into a bowl.

Now, divide the rice into two parts and make a hollow in between. Break the egg in the center of the hollow and add black pepper powder, salt, and Ajinomoto in it. If you want you can stir the mixture briskly to combine the egg within the bowl. If not then sprinkle the mirin and serve it warm to enjoy!
