Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Boil the eggs in a pan with 4 cups of water and peel them only when they are cool.

  • Step 2

    Cut the eggs in two and keep them in a separate bowl.

  • Step 3

    Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add onions and all the ingredients. Pour water in the gravy and cook until it is thick enough.

  • Step 4

    Finish it with garam masala and egg white. Your goan style egg vindaloo is ready!
